Starhub should really fucking improve their services ! Their crew has bad attitude, sucky&fuckup line plus now their service of the mobile line sucks too! These few days, their 3G had been on & off, what's up with them ? & this morning i fucking can't send out messages! I kept texting & texting & TEXTING & sending of messages kept failed. I thought my beloved iphone is giving me goddamn problems ! I called Alvin to check & asked, Called starhub hotline but the operator said the customer service people are all engaged/busy @ the moment, WOW IT ADDED ONTO MY ANGER MORE-.- Okay because in the morning in the shop, had got afew customers in shop using internet. & suddenly my internet connection got cut off, unable to connect. & i was walking & running around in the shop switching on & off all the computers & moderns .. Kept trying but still can't. Called Alan but he didn't answered so i guess his still in dreamland. So forget it, in the end he messaged me & i tried to reply him but i can't ! I swear i tried like 20 over times but kept sending out fail! In the end i realise in facebook that i'm not the only one! Friends who were using Starhub line experienced the same problem of being unable to send out messages too. We're able to receive messages/calls & call out but JUST NOT SENDING OUT OF MESSAGES. How irritating & how ridiculous. I seriously think that starhub should fucking change their everything if they really want to win over singtel m1 or other whatever lines. Because with their poor service crew & service line i believe alot of their faithful customers(like me) will fucking cut off my starhub line & jump to other better line. Goddamnit, spoilt my Sunday morning & early afternoon! Fuck.
